How does qos need to be setup to eliminate any issues with voice sounding off.

After last months discussion, I setup a tollfree number with callture.com. 300 minutes for 10.00 a month. 30.00 for a "vanity" number. I tested it out over the weekend and it was great. You can even record calls with it. I setup call forwarding depending on the extension. Too early to verify if the billing is as expected.

I am also looking to port my home phone over to a service. Ideas on good providers, if they exist would be appreciated.

While you all know the directions, here is a copy of the post on the web page.

We will be having a short discussion on small PBX installations and software options for install. I’ll bring along a couple of VoIP phones with me this time, just as examples. If you are looking for some physical sets, I have extras from previous deployments that I can sell to recover my cost for them.

I believe Bruce had some items he wanted to discuss, so he can reply to the list when this gets posted.

Bring your VOIP questions, you OS questions, any other questions.

Just as a continual aside, suggestions for an alternate/permanent location are welcome.

Reminder: BSDCan 2012 is this May at the UofO on the 11th and 12th
