My 2 cents...

Before spending time filling that form to get $20, perhaps one may want to consider the motivations - and consequences - of these kind of class actions.

700 years ago Dante reserved circles 8th and 9th (one was not enough) in his inferno for (among others) lawyers. Seems not much has changed.
